Platform Use

BilliardsManager provides software tools for pool hall operations. By using the platform, you agree to use it only for lawful business and customer service purposes.

Waitlist and SMS Terms

Customers may choose to receive transactional SMS notifications about waitlist status and service readiness only after explicit opt-in consent on the waitlist form or through verified in-person verbal consent captured by staff.

Consent to SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchase or joining the waitlist.

• Reply HELP for assistance
• Mobile information will not be sold or shared for marketing or promotional purposes

Service Availability and Wait Times

Wait times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Availability of tables, food, beverage, and related services can vary based on live operations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service reliability, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for spam, fraud, or unlawful communications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BilliardsManager is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, waitlist notifications, or service interruptions.
